아동 안전 표준

세오토는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 미성년자를 성적으로 대상화하는 어떠한 콘텐츠나 행위도 금지되며, 확인 시 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
1. 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다
세오토는 성인 전용 서비스입니다. 가입 과정에서 생년월일을 입력받으며, 만 18세 미만은 계정을 만들 수 없도록 차단합니다.
모든 이용자는 가입 후 휴대폰 번호 본인 인증을 완료해야 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
미성년자의 정보가 수집된 사실이 확인되면 해당 계정과 데이터를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
2. 예방 — 사전 검수
모든 프로필과 프로필 사진은 다른 이용자에게 공개되기 전에 운영팀이 직접 검수합니다.
미성년자로 보이는 프로필은 승인하지 않으며, 해당 계정은 삭제 조치합니다.
세오토는 대화 내용을 사전에 검열하지 않습니다. 대신 아래의 신고 경로를 통해 접수된 건을 운영팀이 직접 검토합니다.
신고가 접수되면 운영팀은 그 신고와 연결된 대화에 한해 내용을 확인합니다. 신고와 무관한 다른 대화는 열람하지 않으며, 열람 기록은 내부에 남습니다.
3. 신고 방법
앱 안에서: 상대방의 프로필 화면 또는 채팅방에서 [신고]와 [차단]을 이용할 수 있습니다. 차단한 상대는 추천에 다시 나타나지 않으며 대화도 종료됩니다.
이메일로: CSAE 관련 사안은 언제든 82studio.xyz@gmail.com 으로 직접 신고할 수 있습니다. 아동 안전 관련 신고는 최우선으로 처리합니다.
신고자의 신원은 신고 대상에게 공개되지 않습니다.
4. 대응 조치
CSAE 콘텐츠 또는 행위가 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 등 관계 당국에 신고하며, 필요한 경우 국내외 아동 보호 기관에 통보합니다.
수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우 관련 법령이 정하는 범위에서 협조합니다.
5. 관련 법령 및 정책 준수
세오토는 서비스를 제공하는 대한민국과 일본의 아동 보호 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
또한 세오토가 배포되는 각 앱 마켓의 아동 안전 정책을 준수합니다.

Child Safety Standards (English)
Seoto has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behavior that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited and results in immediate, permanent account termination.
Age restriction: Seoto is for adults aged 18 and over only. Users must enter their date of birth during onboarding, and anyone under 18 is blocked from creating an account. Every user must also complete phone number verification.
Prevention: All profiles and profile photos are reviewed by our operations team before they become visible to other users. Profiles that appear to belong to a minor are rejected and the account is removed.
Reporting: Any user can report another user or their content from the profile screen and from the chat room, and can block them immediately. Reports are reviewed by our operations team. CSAE concerns can also be sent directly to the contact address below at any time.
Response: When CSAE material or behavior is confirmed, we remove the content, permanently terminate the account, and report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law, including reporting to relevant national and international child protection agencies where required.
Compliance: We comply with applicable child safety laws in the Republic of Korea and Japan, the regions where Seoto operates, and with the child safety policies of the app stores through which Seoto is distributed.
