児童安全基準

セオトは児童の性的虐待および搾取（CSAE）に対して一切許容しない方針をとっています。未成年者を性的対象とするいかなるコンテンツや行為も禁止されており、確認された場合はアカウントを永久に停止します。
1. 満18歳以上のみご利用いただけます
セオトは成人向けのサービスです。登録時に生年月日を入力していただき、満18歳未満はアカウントを作成できないよう制限しています。
すべての利用者は、登録後に電話番号による本人確認を完了する必要があります。
未成年者の情報が収集されていたことが判明した場合、該当アカウントとデータを直ちに削除します。
2. 予防 — 事前審査
すべてのプロフィールおよびプロフィール写真は、他の利用者に公開される前に運営チームが直接審査します。
未成年者と思われるプロフィールは承認せず、当該アカウントは削除します。
セオトは会話の内容を事前に検閲することはありません。その代わり、下記の通報経路から受け付けた案件を運営チームが直接確認します。
通報を受け付けると、運営チームはその通報に紐づく会話に限って内容を確認します。通報と関係のない他の会話は閲覧せず、閲覧の記録は社内に残ります。
3. 通報方法
アプリ内: 相手のプロフィール画面またはトークルームから［通報］と［ブロック］をご利用いただけます。ブロックした相手はおすすめに再表示されず、会話も終了します。
メール: CSAEに関する事案は、いつでも 82studio.xyz@gmail.com へ直接ご通報いただけます。児童安全に関する通報は最優先で対応します。
通報者の身元が通報対象者に開示されることはありません。
4. 対応措置
CSAEに該当するコンテンツまたは行為が確認された場合、該当コンテンツを直ちに削除し、アカウントを永久に停止します。
関連法令に従い、捜査機関等の関係当局へ通報し、必要に応じて国内外の児童保護機関へ連絡します。
捜査機関からの適法な要請がある場合は、関連法令の定める範囲で協力します。
5. 関連法令およびポリシーの遵守
セオトは、サービスを提供している大韓民国および日本の児童保護に関する法令を遵守します。
また、セオトが配信される各アプリストアの児童安全ポリシーを遵守します。

Child Safety Standards (English)
Seoto has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behavior that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited and results in immediate, permanent account termination.
Age restriction: Seoto is for adults aged 18 and over only. Users must enter their date of birth during onboarding, and anyone under 18 is blocked from creating an account. Every user must also complete phone number verification.
Prevention: All profiles and profile photos are reviewed by our operations team before they become visible to other users. Profiles that appear to belong to a minor are rejected and the account is removed.
Reporting: Any user can report another user or their content from the profile screen and from the chat room, and can block them immediately. Reports are reviewed by our operations team. CSAE concerns can also be sent directly to the contact address below at any time.
Response: When CSAE material or behavior is confirmed, we remove the content, permanently terminate the account, and report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law, including reporting to relevant national and international child protection agencies where required.
Compliance: We comply with applicable child safety laws in the Republic of Korea and Japan, the regions where Seoto operates, and with the child safety policies of the app stores through which Seoto is distributed.
